At Carista Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
